All vessels in the AML fleet are safe, inspected and certified by Transport Canada. In addition, our crews are fully certified by Transport Canada and Transports Québec.

The AML Louis Jolliet (Quebec) and the AML Cavalier Maxim (Montreal) are the only restaurant boats in Quebec with a full kitchen on board. Meals served to guests are prepared on site the same day, using fresh ingredients.
It should also be remembered that Croisières AML, the largest excursion cruise company in Canada, serves nearly 100,000 meals annually on its ships, which welcome more than 600,000 passengers each year.
